For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), from 25 May 2018, the data controller is Gors-lwyd Cottage.

We are registered with the UK Information Commissioners Office. Our registration reference is: ZA370699. You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding our collection, retention or use of your data with the UK Information Commissioners Office (ICO).

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

The information covered by this Privacy Policy includes the personal data you provide by filling in forms to either make an enquiry, or to book a holiday with us, as well as any other correspondence with us.

The result of a deletion request may be affected by any outstanding bookings or orders in progress, or our obligation to keep tax records.
