Please take your time to read our Coronavirus (Covid-19) Terms and Conditions. They are very important and form the contract between you and us. When you sign your Booking Form you agree to what is written below:

Be aware that the regulations in Wales are different to those in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Please ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest regulations:

Welsh Government
Public Health Wales

Current Government guidelines state: that accommodation providers keep a record of visitors for at least 21 days. This is to assist NHS Test and Trace with requests for data if needed. All data will be store securely, in accordance with the Information Commissioners Office. Our registration reference is: ZA370699.

Please respect our local community by complying with Welsh Government and Public Health Wales guidelines re; social distancing and the wearing of face coverings in public places.

We strongly recommend that guests arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover).

SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

If you are showing symptoms of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and/or suspect you may have the virus prior to arrival, please get in touch straight away. We will cancel your holiday and will either re-arrange to a future date or will issue a refund according to our standard terms and conditions below:

“If a cancellation is requested within the 6 weeks prior to the letting period the owner will retain the booking deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental payment, should it not be possible to re-let the property. We will always endeavour to re-let the property. Any bank charges are the responsibility of the guests. For cancellations prior to payment of the full balance the deposit will not be returned.”

SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) DURING A STAY:

If a guest develops symptoms of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and/or suspects they may have the virus during a stay then guests must advise the owner Sam Watson straight away (telephone; 07960 284357).

Guests must self isolate immediately and make arrangements to return home as soon as possible, using private transport.

Where guests cannot return home (for example if a guest is not well enough to travel or does not have the means to arrange transport), their circumstances should be discussed with the owner, an appropriate health care professional and, if necessary, the local authority.

Once a guest has returned to their main residence, they should continue to follow government guidance on self-isolation, household isolation and social distancing. This will apply to all guests that were present in the property.

If a guest shows acute symptoms i.e. has breathing difficulties or their life is at potential risk, they should seek medical help immediately.

Holidays which are curtailed or extended will not be refunded. If a holiday is extended due to Coronavirus (Covid-19) illness and where travelling home is impossible, charges will be made according to the latest booking rates.

Any claims and extra costs incurred should be made via your holiday insurance.

ARRIVING AFTER GUESTS(S)SHOWED SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19):

If previous guest(s) have shown signs of Coronavirus (Covid-19), a full in-depth sanitisation of the property will be undertaken prior to the next guests arrival. In addition to the anti-viral fogging and anti-viral cleaning methods in place as standard, the latest Welsh Government and Public Health Wales advice states that the property be empty (after sanitisation) for 72 hours. This will cause a delay in allowing the next guests to enter the property. Guests will be made aware of any delay in arrival and offered either; a partial refund in accordance with the new length of stay, offered alternative dates or given a full refund.

NEW GOVERNMENTAL LOCKDOWNS AND/OR NEW RESTRICTION MEASURES:

If the Welsh Government enforces new lockdown measures or advises that self-catering accommodation be closed then the option to rebook or have a full refund will be given.
